Where do I vote
Voting in the 2026 Municipal and School Board Election will be conducted entirely by internet and telephone. There are no traditional paper-ballot polling stations.
The voting period opens Tuesday, October 13, 2026 at 8:00 a.m. and closes on Monday, October 26, 2026 at 8:00 p.m. Eligible voters can vote from anywhere using an internet-connected device or touch-tone telephone.
Watch for your Voter Information Letter
Eligible electors on the Voters’ List will receive a Voter Information Letter (VIL) in the mail before voting begins.
Your Voter Information Letter will include your unique Personal Identification Number (PIN), the website and telephone number used to vote, instructions for casting your ballot, voting dates and hours, and information about Voter Assistance Centres.
Keep your Voter Information Letter in a safe place and do not share your PIN with anyone.
If you do not receive your Voter Information Letter, lose it, or require a replacement PIN, assistance will be available through the Township during the voting period.
Voter Assistance Centres
Residents who need help voting, do not have access to the internet or a touch-tone telephone, need to make changes to the Voters’ List, or require a replacement Voter Information Letter or PIN can visit a Voter Assistance Centre. Township election officials and voting equipment will be available.
